Back On Track: Day Two
Day two of no soda, mostly water to drink, and frequent tiny meals (if you can call them that LOL) behind me, and I’m forging ahead. It’s interesting to note how much better I feel overall without Mountain Dew coursing through my body and my digestive system completely confused if not totally deprived. I’m looking forward to continuing down the path to feeling better and better.

I know! Isn’t is AMAZING!? YAY for YOU!!!! I was shocked what happened when I cut out soda/sugar/ice cream/living on carbs. heh.
For me it’s coffee. I can go waaay overboard on the amount of coffee I drink. I’m trying to reduce my caffeine dependency and it’s not easy. I do feel better once I get over that initial withdrawal, though. Good luck!

Yeah, I enjoy a good cup of Cafe Vienna with a splash of French Vanilla creamer. The main thing I want to really stick with is the teeny frequent meals. That seems to be the biggest help for me when it comes to weight maintenance. Well, and the water helps a lot.
Good for you. I’m pretty much only eating veggies, rice, and oatmeal right now until my tummy gets under control. Water, tea and gingerale for now, also. <> (((Hugs))) Cassi
